Re: microbit as ultibo peripheral

@develone I see that you have put a lot of work into your microbit-test repo. What I did was fork microbit-samples and add another example for ble buttons broadcaster: https://github.com/markfirmware/microbit-samples/commit/9428e34f5d4bb0fa6a0f8e9cd6d3cc8ea58b8ea9 I am satisfied now with this design...

Re: microbit as ultibo peripheral

Ok, I'm reviewing the incomplete work that I've done on the ultibo/microbit project. I am of a mind to reduce the goals for the first release so that it can be published and useable as soon as possible. Mark.

Re: Camera using OpenMAX

https://github.com/markfirmware/prototype-ultibo-camera-tcp Uses Piotr's simple camera and Paul's omx units to stream to a host Lazarus program. This repo should work but its primary purpose is to retain the useable work that I've done over the last four weeks. There is no release and anyone interes...

Re: smallpt global illumination renderer

A while ago I felt like learning about global illumination and thought that porting smallpt to pure Pascal would be fun. The full story is here . The single-threaded Ultibo source is here . It really made my RPi2 quite warm, so I ended up using a ghetto fan and heatsink solution on it. For a while ...

Re: TWinsock2TcpListener.DoExecute test for data available

I am in a processing loop in TWinsock2TcpListener.DoExecute and I'd like to check for new data received on the socket similar to http://synapse.ararat.cz/doc/help/blcksock.TBlockSocket.html#WaitingData Paul's solution is ideal because it allows the thread to wait for data to be received without con...
