No, the pin numbers shown in your config_cat script are already the correct numbers to use when talking to the GPIO device.

Simply use GPIO_PIN_17, GPIO_PIN_22 and GPIO_PIN_25 exactly as per the script and it should work.

Re: Video for Ultibo

But, argh there 's no apparent port of some video compressors on pascal... Which ones are you wanting to use? Are they available as open source? What would you use for the same thing from Windows or Linux? Many things are not available as native Pascal source, that is why we have library support. T...

Re: using dd in ultibo

All size over 4096 fail. Yes, I forgot that SPI0 has a 16bit size field in the hardware registers. Here is a updated version of the function that allows you to split the file into chunks "on the fly" function SPISendFile2(const Filename: String; BlockSize: LongWord): Boolean; var Size:Lon...

Re: using dd in ultibo

I use dd if=$1 of=/dev/spidev0.0 in a bash script plus 3 GPIO pins to program the FPGA. The files are 135100 bytes. see https://github.com/develone/catboard_yosys/blob/master/config_cat What would be the best way to test using using Ultibo to program the fpga. Thanks, We don't have anything like dd...

Re: ArmV8 / Aarch64 / ARM64... what would it take?

Bit more on the 64 to 32 bit pointer issue for the VC4. Fixable in Paul's OMXMMAL code? You have to remember that the use of 32 bit pointers is intrinsically woven into almost every layer of the userland code and cannot be easily fixed by simple changes to header definitions. It seems to be possibl...

Re: Requesting help and permission to use code

I've been working some more on this (had to start from scratch after accidentally destroying my SD card), and have come across the egl.pas unit now. I managed to make it work, but I was wondering why Ultibo manually links to the shared object procedures ? (I used {$linklib 'brcmEGL'} and {$linklib ...

As far as I know that is related to allowing the Eric Anholt kernel drivers to perform functions like CEC instead of the firmware, since we don't have those drivers then it would probably stop CEC from working in Ultibo.

Re: Setting about UART0 Serial RX

The flow control can not be used because the hardware change is difficult. Thanks for your advice. You're welcome. I have another question about serial RX interrupt. Can I generate a callback event when data is written to CM3's serial Rx FIFO? This is not something that is supported by the current ...

Re: Setting about UART0 Serial RX

I used Baud Rate 921600, but it works well after I change it to 9600. When using any rate higher than 115200 we recommend connecting the RTS/CTS lines and setting flow control to SERIAL_FLOW_RTS_CTS, the RX FIFO in the Pi UART is only 16 bytes deep so it is very easy to overrun. The UART also has n...
