Re: ArmV8 / Aarch64 / ARM64... what would it take?

Just starting playing with Fedora28 Aarch64, like Gentoo64 it uses the V3D stuff https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/ARM/Raspberry_Pi#aarch64_supported_images_for_Raspberry_Pi_3 https://nullr0ute.com/2018/04/the-raspberry-pi-3-b-in-fedora/ Both are now using the mainstream Linux driver and ...

Re: CEC-HDMI Control TV/Receive TV Remote controller presses

Re: How to make an Acoustic Camera with Ultibo?

Looking for something else and found this, the audio codec needs a certain frequency for the PCM_CLK Some clues here, 12.288MHz is a common audio freq, 4 x 3.072MHz. https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/pin-configuration.md The above will set the PLLA to a source VCO running at 1....

Re: longer writes ultibo vs raspbian

Good tip about logging to USB drive. There are also A1 rated uSD cards now, designed for small read/writes, I only have a few for Linux testing. I have been buffering to memory streams and still have a few issues every now and again. Not big deal yet. A1 cards or USB logging will go into next design...

Re: How to make an Acoustic Camera with Ultibo?

I had linked to Koichi NAKAMURA's python VC4 stuff before ttps://ultibo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=361&p=5121&hilit=python+videocore#p5121 It is an alternative way to get code running on the QPU's. Getting 8.3Gflops is some achievement as the Pi maxes at 24Gflops. Even running 1 thre...
